Decide for me
I have been trying to improve the condition of my feet, by removing the hard skin etc. However, after last weeks blister episode I have been advised to toughen my feet up.
So, should I keep using the creams on my feet or not?

I would definitely keep up with your routine, Hazel. Even experienced marathon runners get blisters. No wonder we, mere mortals, do too :)

The rest of the skin care is going well, I just am not used to looking after myself in this way. So I have no clue what to do a lot of the time

Don't think of it as a chore, but as a "date" with your body (I mean it in a spiritual sense, of course). Think of how your body works so hard for you and it deserves some pampering and gentle loving care. You will need it for loooong years to come :)

Where would I look for such a thing? And would I wear it with normal socks?

I know I need to get better socks, but I was also given the surgical spirit to toughen the feet advice. Which made me wonder
