I have been trying to improve the condition of my feet, by removing the hard skin etc. However, after last weeks blister episode I have been advised to toughen my feet up.

So, should I keep using the creams on my feet or not?

Ah, silly me. I re-read and realised it came with socks

You can be fancy-schmancy and buy it from Harvey Nicks on your lunch, or order from HQHair I think, or myburtsbees.co.uk (which I haven't bought from before). It isn't the cheapest but it beats Body Shop foot lotion hands down... The set I got was 12 quid, but it came with the cream, socks and a pumice stone but that was quite a while ago. I'd make the trip to HN tho and save on postage... And that way you can have a whiff of it in case you don't like it - it is minty coconut if you can imagine that!

Ooo, and be prepared - it is very very thick, so when you apply it, it takes some removing from the hands... I usually put it on straight from tube to foot, pat it on a bit, then clean it off my hands from the inside of the socks before I put them on. And you have to roll the socks on so that you don't make the cream move. It is more like really really thick Vaseline than a cream. But trust me, even tho it sounds a bit fiddly, it is lush. Mmmmmmm. And you don't feel too self conscious about it with the little yellow socks when you wear them at night :)

You are selling this to me good and proper. I think I might have to put some on my Christmas list!
