Decide for me

I have been trying to improve the condition of my feet, by removing the hard skin etc. However, after last weeks blister episode I have been advised to toughen my feet up.

So, should I keep using the creams on my feet or not?

Well, what I've heard is that even callused feet get blisters, so hardening them won't really help that much. And there's the vanity factor - well maintained feet look so much better!

I would definitely keep up with your routine, Hazel. Even experienced marathon runners get blisters. No wonder we, mere mortals, do too :)

Can I recommend using Burt's Bees Coconut Foot Cream with socks? I love using it. It smells yummy, lasts for ages a tube, the socks are nice 100% cotton ones, and it gets rid of nasties without taking away the durability of your skin. It is particularly good for the night before a night out - the effects especially on cracked heels are excellent overnight. And it is natural, which is always good. Burt's Bees stuff is nice anyway, but this is my fave.

I sound like an advert... :/ Sorry! But it is good :D

try 1000 mile socks or any good quality walking sock (that isn't red) rather than a standard sock. or your could try these:
