Well I finally have all my new goodies together (well all but one, which I forgot to photograph).
I had a lovely lot of crafty goodness for my birthday, which I added to with some of the Christmas money I was saving for a trip to Wingham Wool Work.

Mum bought me The Best of Teresa Wentzler Fantasy Collection - Volume 2 for my birthday, and The Fortunate Traveller for Easter.
Nana Vi bought me a Rowan Club membership for my birthday, and you can just see the 2 balls of Rowan Handknit Cotton and the pattern that I got as part of the gift on the right hand side of the picture.
The rest is all from yesterday's trip. The spinning book and the nostepinne were also birthday presents.
I bought myself the spindle (which needs to lose the hook before it goes anywhere near regia), 2 pairs of very pretty knitting needles (4mm and 5mm), a set of 2.5mm dpns, 2x50g balls of pure wool 4ply, and about 500g of fibre to learn to spin with. The white is Swaledale, the black and white a Jacob mix. The solid colours are all merino, and the purple and white is a merino and silk blend.
Not pictured are Jan Messant's Knit a Fantasy Story (because it came on my Amazon order, and I forgot it, because it wasn't with the other stuff), and my birthday present from Nana Bell, a subscription to Interweave Piecework, as I haven't had a magazine yet.
