Look, I finished something

pandopI have finally finished the chunky green hoodie that I have been knitting for ages. Not the most flattering of garments, but I knew it wouldn't be from the start.
It wasn't as quick as it should have been, but that was all down to me. I kept getting distracted and working on other things. The pattern was ok, but I was concerned about the length, as it seemed to start the decreases for the arm quite soon - and I was right, it is a lot shorter on me than it is in the pattern picture (I had loads of yarn left, so I could have made it longer, but I wasn't sure - I will know better next time). I will keep an eye on this when I knit the other cardigan I want to make from this pattern booklet.
While we are on the subject of knitting, look at the lovely things I got for Christmas:

100g of lovely Yarn Yard fibre, and:
Lovely Araucania sock yarn :)
