Footloose
Blast from the past time for this classic with a very young Kevin Bacon, and a not much different John Lithgow. Also Sarah Jessica Parker before she went blonde. Small town bans dancing, until city boy comes along and change things. Not the most complex plot, but watchable nonetheless. Fab soundtrack.
Quantum of Solace
Probably better titled 'Bond has a mardy' - as that would make more sense! While it may have had a rubbish title, the film itself was excellent. I do like this 'new' Bond, and style of film. What I loved most about this one though was the Bond/M dynamic. Fantastically played by Craig and Dench :)
Johnny Mnenomic
Yes, I have been dredging out my old videos. No I am not ashamed, even if I do only know one other person who actually likes this film. Very cyberpunk, plausible future scenario, Keanu Reeves and Ice-T. Makes me happy.
Dirty Dancing
I was in a girly mood. So, out it came. Fantastic music, great dancing, and the late, great, Jerry Orbach. Again, makes me happy.
