I have had a horrible achy, sicky bug for the last two days.

So I haven't done any knitting or any study. Or anything.

I usually find flat cola and bananas are great for settling the stomach. Hope you feel better soon.

Whilst I remember you wouldn't be up for a visit to Alton towers on 12th Aug, think there is a group of us going from Manchester.
