Thanks to the wonderful one sentence explanation, and patience of Cheryl, I have learned to Nalbind :)
I also learnt combat braid too, which I had never done before.
Of course, this necessitated some shopping, in this photo you can see my nalbinding (yes I know it looks like an Innocent Smoothie Cap - making useful things will take some more practice, and my new nalbinding needle.

There´s a semi-joke in programming circles that everyone learning a programming language has the same first progrm - Hello World. It´s not fully a joke because it´s often true. The book I´m currently using to learn a language called Perl is no exception. The first sample program it presented went as follows:
