I finished my socks

Well, the socks are finally finished - and my feet are toasty warm :)

I really enjoyed making these, so much so I cast on for a second pair almost straight away. They are not perfect, but I am sure I will get better with practice. They almost match as well, which pleases me greatly.

and with the new shoes I got for Christmas - shoes that show off socks :D

Yes there is a hole - I made a very bad job of fixing a dropped stitch - this is one of the things I am sure I will improve at.

Also I got my Rowan free gift in the post today :D
